Today I spoke with customer service rep named Kevin and he was very nice and helpful and solved my problem for me. So there are some reps there that are nice and helpful.

You just have to keep calling until you get hold of one like I did. And still no reply from email sent to Mr. or Mrs.

or Ms. Lucas.

My payment is $108.12 a month but another company took more out of checking. Now I am 75 cents short for payment.

Tried online to submit $107.37 this month but it kept saying that I wanted to pay $117.37. And last month when I tried to pay early before due date customer rep. said that it was extra $20 to do that. They nickel and dime you for everything.

Worst company I ever dealt with. Can't wait until I pay off loan.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Location: Roseville, California

Monterey Financial Services is owned by Bristlecone Financial which also owns WAGS Financial a company that leases pets from puppy mills. The CEO is Dusty Wunderlich of Reno, NV.

The lawyer representing these places is Matthew Digesti, also of Reno, NV.

Check out the consumeraffairs.com reviews on these very questionable businesses. Just a matter of time before Wunderlich is shut down and Digesti is disbarred.
